Federico
Since I don't like to write about myself very much, here are two people who know how to describe me very well.
Michael
a longtime roommate and friend
"Federico likes to approach other people and make contact with them. He communicates everywhere and with everyone, whether with the cashier in the supermarket or with the high official in the beer garden - always eager to part with his counterpart smiling. Anyone who is associated with him for a longer period of time learns to appreciate his powerful, direct and sometimes honestly effervescent manner, which is at the same time characterized by attentiveness and emotionality.
He faces the world with open eyes and closes himself neither to joy nor to sorrow. Rather, he perceives his environment in great detail. Even topics such as death are familiar to him and he addresses them openly and without taboos.
As a teacher he is patient and detail-oriented. Experienced in life and practice, he has very precise ideas and concepts. With his fine ear and sensitive perception, he demands a lot - from others as well as from himself.
His passion is the shakuhachi, the traditional Japanese bamboo flute, as well as overtone singing.
Whoever listens to his free improvisation will be touched and moved by his soulful playing. Not infrequently, the sense of time can be completely lost.
He is very well versed in the technique of overtone singing and in playing various instruments such as didgeridoo, jew's harp or saxophone and can look back on many years of experience.
He has given various concerts and courses: Among other things, seminars on relaxation techniques and self-awareness, courses on healing with one's own voice, and workshops on building and playing didgeridoos."
Maribel
a person I appreciate very much and with whom I feel very connected
"It is common to find him in the streets of his residence, playing one of his instruments. Whether with one of his flutes (some of which he makes himself), the saxophone, or singing. He can also often be found in churches or other places with good acoustics, where his singing and flute playing can be enjoyed.
It is a pleasure to listen to the playing of his didgeridoos (The instrument of the Australian aborigines), which he also builds himself.
A passionate music listener since his earliest youth. Later it struck him himself that he had bought his first long-playing records when he was nine years old. These were Deep Purple in Rock and Ludwig von Beethoven's Symphonies No. 8 and No. 9. - quite strange for that age.
At every moment of his life a very vigilant observer of his environment and the people who surround him. He is able to analyze them to the core, which can sometimes be very painful.
He does this so that, if you want it and you are able, you can become more aware of yourself and grow from it. The solution is found within each individual.
He loves to observe, communicate and debate, and he brings to light what we hold inside. With his profound conversations and of course with his music, instruments and singing.
In this sense, he reminds me of Aristotle's methodology, meeeutics, meaning that you help a person come to an understanding by getting them to find out for themselves the facts in question by asking appropriate questions - in other words, you always find the truth within yourself."
